Use of Flashcards Suite
You may use Flashcards Suite for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions set forth in these Terms of Service.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials available through Flashcards Suite, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the developer or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any such content or materials without the prior written consent of the developer.
User Content
You are solely responsible for any content that you create, upload, or transmit through Flashcards Suite, and you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to such content. The developer does not claim ownership of any user-generated content.
Payment and Refunds
You may be required to pay a fee to use certain features or services within Flashcards Suite. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by the developer.
Warranty Disclaimer
Flashcards Suite is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that Flashcards Suite will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Flashcards Suite, whether or not such damages were foreseeable and even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination
The developer may terminate your access to Flashcards Suite at any time, with or without cause, without notice or liability to you.
